Chief Revenue Officer

Benco Dental is seeking driven, results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer responsible for providing leadership of Benco’s overall sales strategy and results.

These services are supported by approximately 500 professionally-trained sales representatives and 300+ factory-trained service technicians.

The Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Reporting to an owner/Managing Director, this senior management role is based at our Home Office in northeastern Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for: developing our sales strategy for merchandise, equipment, dental labs, services, and other company products and offerings; leading and working closely with the sales leadership team to achieve company-wide sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals; overseeing regional sales operations, sales associate training programs, national accounts and institutional sales efforts.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing or related field), or equivalent education/experience, with a demonstrated track record of effective sales vision & leadership of a large sales team; the ability to lead, coach, develop, and provide a motivational environment for associates to ensure sales and customer success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Profit Goals: Responsible to deliver on company performance goals by coaching and developing sales leaders to achieve sales, market share and profit results.
  • Strategic Vision: Communicate Benco's strategy and vision through sales productivity, customer results, and vendor relations.
  • Team Development/Leadership Effectiveness: Develop a highly skilled sales team by coaching and empowering sales managers to improve leadership, organizational, planning, problem solving, selling, and effective work habits to deliver targeted outcomes.
  • Excellence: Set high performance standards throughout the Benco sales team and partner with the equipment support team to create a winning culture.
