Tooth Customer Service Specialist

Location: Pittston, PA
Business Unit: Call Center

The Tooth Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing customer’s orders in the tooth department including  processing tooth credits, tooth purchase orders, and cycle counts inventory.

The Shift:

This position works Monday- Friday 9:30am-6:00pm

The Pay:

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 p/h

The Role We Are Looking To Fill:

  • Ensure that all communications with customers (external/internal) are courteous, cordial, business-like and timely
  • Accurately enter customer's orders via phone/fax for teeth/merchandise and small equipment
  • Effectively research products directly with vendors or through the Internet for special orders within 24 hours
  • Efficiently send information to customers upon request
    • product and services literature
    • invoice/statements copies
  • Efficiently contact customers to obtain information to resolve complaints; researches non-stock refusals
  • Efficiently monitor system order queues
  • Effectively research credit and credit rebills; take timely action as necessary
  • Issue tracers and re-ship orders on missing shipments; enter UPS tracers into VOC
  • Accurately enter credit card transactions while on the customer call or processes through ordering system
  • Effectively maintain product/vendor files and/or product information
  • Attend product training classes once per week or as scheduled
  • Pick customer orders according to type, shade, and mold of tooth and checks for accuracy
  • Accurately generate billing for customer orders and puts with order to be shipped
  • Replenish tooth stock by faxing and bar coding orders to manufacturers or completing order sheets in a timely manner
  • Accurately process credits from vendors, customers, and manufacturers
  • Efficiently package orders and prepare them for shipping
  • Maintains under 10 errors – 8 out of a 12-month period

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent computer, telephone, and customer service skills
