Practice Coach – Revenue Management (per diem) at Benco Dental

Position Summary:

The per-diem Practice Coach – Revenue Management is responsible for supporting the growth ambitions of our customers by delivering coaching modules via video conferencing methods.  Motivates and inspires the customer to drive change by presenting fact-based data and solutions.  Coaches the dentist and dental team members by providing best practice solutions to overcome their barriers.  Is confidently prepared to handle objections and questions related to behaviors and systematic deficiencies.  This is a rewarding position where you have the opportunity to work from home while having the privilege of using your expertise to help others achieve success.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Uses Microsoft Teams or Zoom video conferencing to consult with customers virtually.  

  • Engages the customer by presenting in a confident and inspiring fashion.

  • Performs data entry in conjunction with customer analysis to prepare for presentations (as needed).

  • Reviews customer submitted checklists to identify opportunities within the practice. Including but not limited to;  underutilized coding, misused codes, hygiene recall system, special equipment use, hygiene efficiency levels, perio program. 

  • Help customers identify opportunities to optimize patient care & satisfaction.

  • Help grow the revenue and profitability of our customers dental practices.

  • Follows Benco’s proven coaching concepts and methodologies when providing consult to customers.

  • Confidently presents best practice solutions to the customer, giving them confidence to succeed.

  • Tracks and thoroughly documents each customer experience including strategies and action items that were presented.

  • Send surveys to the customer at end of consultation and issues CE (when applicable).

  • Uses Benco standard systems when performing work for Benco (such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

  • Responds to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Helps develop and grow the Benco Practice Coaching portfolio of services.

 

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of Office Manager experience

  • Outstanding communication and organization skills

  • Experience in presenting to customers

  • Detail oriented, dependable, punctual and professional

  • Ability to use technology for communication

  • Computer experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).

  • Must have a complete understanding of identifying opportunities in a dental practice and translating those finding into systematic behavioral changes

  • Experience with a mastery of treatment planning, coding, billing, and insurance

  • Coaching/Training experience a plus
