Position Summary:

The Assistant Equipment Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to their Equipment Coordination regional assignment/s. Partnering with multiple departments on equipment sales information needed for ordering, coordinating, reporting, and delivery of equipment orders; communicating with vendor and third-party moving contacts; and other projects as assigned.

Your Shift:

The shift for this position will be Monday through Friday, 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST

Your Pay:

Hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Do YOU Have a Specialty in Any of the Following Areas?



  • Support the Equipment Coordinators with organization and follow-up of weekly conference call reports and input using Dynamic Customer Relationship Management tool

  • Track and follow-up of vendor claims and returns

  • Generate open order reports using Dynamic Customer Relationship Management tool, QlikSense and other software as needed to track past due and current install dates

  • Assist the Equipment Coordinator to:

    • Maintain information in project management tool created for all equipment orders ensuring all projects are up to date with current and accurate information

    • Make contacts to vendor and shipping partners and subsequent follow up regarding status of purchase orders, shipping, and tracking information for equipment orders

    • Receive in equipment against packing slips for showroom and 3PL deliveries

    • Field and respond to internal and external customer inquiries via shared Outlook mailboxes

    • Resolve equipment related issues/problems

    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?


  • Associates Degree or relevant work experience

  • One year of administrative support in fast paced environment

  • Customer service experience a plus

Technical Requirements: 

As this is a remote/work from home position:

  • Minimum 5mbps (5,000 kbps) Internet Speed

  • Connection via Ethernet Cable (Avoid Wi-Fi)

  • Other people using/sharing the same bandwidth connection should be avoided, at all times, while calls are taking place, especially concerning:

    • Streaming Multimedia content (4K/HD/Full HD Movies)

    • Online gaming

    • Downloading large content (torrents)

    • Enabled recordings on any DVR / Set-up-Boxes
