Position Summary:

In this Loyalty Program Manager position, you will be responsible for driving marketing engagement for all fee-based loyalty program members and potential members. This individual will combine creative, strategic and tactical thinking with an analytical approach to systematically improve key performance metrics across all stages of a loyalty members’ lifecycle using an integrated marketing approach. This role will handle the definition and evolution of Benco loyalty programs including Benco Select and our BluChip program.

The Benco Select program allows customers to earn BluChips on purchases. BluChips are then redeemed for discounts on equipment and services, account credits, donations to worthy charities, and products for their practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
  • Social media marketing preferred

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Create and execute of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Develop marketing plans including strategy, segmentation and core product messaging
  • Manage the integrated marketing strategies for all loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to solicit product specials for deals from vendors
  • Work with internal teams to create a regular promotion calendar to help grow the loyalty program
  • Work with sales liaison and national sales manager to communicate all changes, new offers, promos, etc. to sales force
  • Work collaboratively with IT to make sure data reports for sales force is up to date and communicated
  • Work with data analytics to track success of posts/campaigns
  • Present marketing plans for the programs to various internal stakeholders
  • Work with creative department to generate new and creative ways to present the loyalty program
  • Work with social media associate to create engagement via social media channels for the loyalty program
     

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing or business
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, loyalty marketing and sales or communications experience
