Benco Dental is searching for a Strategic Markets Operations Intern for the Summer 2024 semester for our Pittston, PA headquarters.

The Strategic Markets Operations Intern will assist with administrative duties which support the efficient operation of the Strategic Markets department.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Currently enrolled in a business or related degree from a college/university.
• Local to Pittston, PA
• Ability to work up to 24 hours per week.

• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Microsoft Excel

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Assist with new Customer set up and associated data entry
• Organize and file documents
• Validate Customer account information to confirm accuracy
• Audit Vendor contracts to identify new potential deals
• Look up product item information to help complete Customer quotes
• Perform validation of advertising billings
• Perform data entry on bids
• Review documents for grammatical corrections
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Management
