Sales Assist Support Specialist

Location: Pittston, PA
Business Unit: Call Center

A Sales Assist Support Specialist is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives who are enrolled in the Sales Assist program by completing a variety of administrative tasks.

The scheduled shift for this position is 10:30am-7pm with the flexibility to cover the operating hours of 7:00am to 8:30pm as needed.

In order to be successful, a Sales Assist Support Specialist must possess the following:

  • Strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple departments and Territory Representatives.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Solid computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and on-time, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ongoing flexibility and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our sales and business groups.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Run necessary business reports and collating the data as needed.
  • Submit various internal requests for TRs such as credit rebills, CRM requests, backorder issues & concerns, etc.
  • Complete customer orders at TR requests.
  • Enter price overrides for TRs.
  • Complete Price Comparisons.
  • Assist on special projects when needed.
  • Complete Monthly Expense Reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
