Position Summary:

The ideal candidate has a passion for finding solutions and creating sustainable billing processes that support strategic efficiencies and opportunities for our company.  This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing operations support processes to ensure excellent customer experience on invoicing and collection matters. This individual will play a key leadership role in an upcoming system conversion, which will result in more efficient processes and alignment within our organization.

This job requires a self-motivated, highly detail oriented individual with excellent problem-solving abilities. This individual must adapt to the constant change in business requirements and work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints. This individual will deal with ambiguous problems, work cross functionally to find solutions and drive towards simple solutions to complex opportunities.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Manage financial billing processes, including invoicing, reporting and vendor payment
  • Address escalations of exceptions and discrepancies identified by the team or customer
  • Maintain strong governance and internal controls over billing.
  • Identify targets, OKRs and/or key initiatives which will help the team to achieve our business goals
  • Accountable for service delivery and communication against the agreed and evolving KPI’s with stakeholders
  • Be an advocate to digitalize and automate processes through agile execution and optimal use of technology
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that all processes are well-designed, efficient, and scalable
  • Hire, manage, mentor, and grow a strong team as needed in support of scaling business operations

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and Finance or equivalent is required
  • 10+ years’ experience, with 3+ years of management experience
