Position Summary:

The Regional Inside Sales Representative is a results driven sales representative who is responsible for making outbound calls, acquiring new customers, and exceeding goals through personal efforts and referrals; maximizing the customer experience; enhancing selling skills in product and service focus areas; developing healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Placing outbound calls to various customers and maintaining set levels of success.
  • Identifying opportunities for sales and effectively presenting the key features and advantages of the company products to secure new business.
  • Maintaining detailed records for all Inside Sales campaigns.
  • Prospecting to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Engage in continuous education and learning, expected to be well versed on Benco’s product offering and up to date on the dental industry.
  • All job duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Education: Associate’s degree in business-related filed or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful Inside Sales experience.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional and target driven.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn internal programs.
  • Team player within a target-driven environment.
