Position Summary:

The Practice Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is dedicated to growing awareness, engagement, and inbound lead volume across all Practice Lifecycle offerings transitions, valuations, associate placement, buyer representation, and start-up consulting. This role owns the social media presence and digital marketing strategy for the Practice Lifecycle team, using those channels to create matches between buyers and sellers, surface associate placement opportunities, and generate warm leads for prospective customers across every program the team offers.

This is a strategy-first role. The Practice Transitions Marketing Specialist does not produce creative assets independently. Instead, this individual develops the marketing strategy, defines campaign objectives, and partners closely with the internal shared services creative team to brief, execute, and deliver polished campaigns across social, digital, and other channels. The ability to think strategically, brief a creative team effectively, and hold campaigns accountable to measurable outcomes is essential.

The ideal candidate understands how to build trust-based marketing programs in a niche professional environment, is fluent in social media strategy, and brings a genuine curiosity about the dental industry and the lifecycle moments buying, selling, starting up, or placing an associate that we're uniquely positioned to serve.

  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

  • Strong social media strategy skills across platforms relevant to dental and healthcare professionals, including LinkedIn and others

  • Ability to develop clear creative briefs and communicate campaign objectives effectively to an internal creative team

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategy adjustments based on results

  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills; able to speak credibly to dental professionals across all career stages

  • Self-starter who can build and manage programs independently with minimal oversight

  • Collaborative partner comfortable working within a shared services model and alongside a small, entrepreneurial team

  • Familiarity with dental industry terminology, practice economics, or the transitions and placement space a significant plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms; comfortable with CRM systems

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Own and manage the Practice Lifecycle team's social media presence across relevant platforms, developing content strategies that create buyer--seller matches, surface placement opportunities, and generate warm leads across all platforms
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across all Practice Lifecycle offerings including: transitions, valuations, associate placement, buyer representation, and start-up consulting with a focus on audience growth and inbound lead generation'
  • Partner with internal shared services creative team to brief, develop, and deliver campaigns providing clear strategic direction, messaging frameworks, and campaign objectives while the creative team handles asset production
  • Build and manage segmented audience lists for targeted outreach across buyer, seller, associate, and start-up prospect audiences
  • Drive awareness and engagement through digital channels including email marketing, paid social media, and organic content positioning the company as the go-to Practice Lifecycle partner for dental professionals
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media metrics, using data to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate pipeline contribution
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our reach through dental associate partnerships, industry publications, events, and sponsorships
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Ability to work onsite 2 days per week at our home office in Pittston, PA
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience with a focus on social media strategy, demand generation, or niche audience development (Required)
  • Experience in dental, healthcare, real estate, or professional services marketing (Strongly Preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in briefing and collaborating with a creative team to execute campaigns
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and grow audiences through organic and paid social channels
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Required)
  • Coursework or certification in digital marketing, social media strategy, or healthcare marketing a plus
  • Ability to effectively communication in English (reading, writing, speaking)
