Regional Sales Assistant

Location: Wood Dale, IL
Business Unit: Administration

The Regional Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in the sales operations department by supporting the regions including both sales and service teams.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience. Sales support experience is a plus.
  • Skills needed:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize

    • Excellent organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills

    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced learning environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative functions:
    • Support the Regional Managers with consistent weekly and monthly reports and other supportive materials as required
    • Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations
    • Sales performance and goals tracking
    • Manage regional meeting content and logistics
    • Maintain accurate records for serialized inventory
    • Coordinate regional CE Seminars
    • Organize CenterPoint Experience and VIP trips
    • Submit and assist in expense report approval process
    • Prepare and organize performance reviews for the regional manager
    • Generate sales reports using Dynamic CRM, Qlikview and other software as needed
    • Local vendor communication
    • Manage regional event calendar
    • Oversee regional sponsorships
    • Coordinates travel arrangements for regional manager and sales team as needed via Egencia
    • Coordinates team meetings and conference calls
    • Run Scorecards for Territory Representatives and Regional Manager
    • Perform calling for Teleservices Representatives and Regional Sales Assistants
    • Responsible for owning the demo reclamation process
    • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
