Location: Pittston, PA Hybrid (Two Days onsite)

A Sales Assist Support Specialist is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives who are enrolled in the Sales Assist program by completing a variety of administrative tasks.

The scheduled shift for this position is 10:00am-6:30pm with the flexibility to cover the operating hours of 7:00am to 8:30pm as needed.

Your Pay: $18.00 per hour with the ability to increase to $19.00 per hour in 6 months

• Run necessary business reports to gather and organize data.
• Submit various internal requests for territory representatives (TR) such as credit rebills, CRM requests, backorder issues, and concerns
• Complete customer orders at TR request.
• Enter price overrides for TRs.
• Complete price comparisons.
• Assist on special projects when needed.
• Complete monthly expense reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
