Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of Benco's customer facing software and network solutions.  This position will also manage two teams that aid in the development and implementation of those solutions.  Focus will be on developing and/or selecting software offerings supporting Benco's Practice Management Software in the areas of plug-in and vendor created e-services.  This job will effectively manages assigned product line portfolio to determine which products are needed to increase market share, maintain GP% and achieve company growth goals. This position will design programs related to product benefits, oversees the planning, creation, implementation and tracking of all marketing programs and advertising promotions in coordination with the marketing plan.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Schedule and manage release cycles and product launches.
  • Conduct market research and respond by creating appropriate products, technical specifications, and product descriptions.
  • Track and document progress and goals across all products.
  • Define products internally and for customers by collaborating with development and marketing teams.
  • Act as the technical liaison for interdepartmental communications
  • Works with new and existing vendor partners to navigate through the end-to-end launch process, secure all necessary paperwork / tools / collateral to ensure an effective launch.
  • Ability to negotiate programs with Vendors that demonstrate Benco’s value and expertise in dentistry
  • Ability to educate sales team on Benco Solutions Software and provide concise information that assists them in educating our customers
  • Develops and conducts presentations about Benco Solutions Software and/or at new TR trainings, regional meetings and vendor meetings
  • Lead Benco Solutions Software management projects – with goal of increasing GMROI (Gross Margin Return on Investment)
  • Ability to communicate and effectively present to Vendors, Benco regional teams, “other” as needed to relay Benco goals, product data, and/or other information that will support growth, education and strengthening of relationships
  • Ability to lead focus groups as needed to grow market share in specific product lines and/or improve execution of marketing activities relative to growing market share
  • All job duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent education/experience
  • 5-7 years experience working in Marketing or with Software implementation
  • 2-3 years experience in leadership roles
